Dimple Duangthip Arora has received advanced training in Ayurveda from the International Academy of Ayurveda in Pune, . She is a certified Diet and Nutrition Advisor from Stonebridge Associated Colleges, London , and is also trained in Yoga, reflexology and holistic psychology. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management from the Assumption University , and is an accredited gemologist from the Asian Institute of Gemological Science in Bangkok .

She has conducted several workshops and private consultations on holistic healthcare since the year 2000. She is frequently invited by prominent forums and groups to speak on the science and art of self-care based on Ayurvedic principles. Her forte is the ability to impart profound wisdom of this ageless science in the language and voice of the contemporary person. She has contributed articles to leading publications such as Spa Asia, Expression, Thai Spa Spirit, Education ( Bangkok Post), to name a few. She was featured as The Mistress of Herbs by Bangkok Post’s Guru in 2007, while her article on holistic education made the front page of Education in September 2008. She appeared on the UBC show Destination Thailand, and was featured in the popular publication Mother&Baby in December 2008. A New Age Manual for the New Mother is her first book. She intends to follow this up with New Age manuals for the teenager and the menopausal woman, as well as a practical New Age blueprint for a more evolved (eco-friendly) way of urban life.

Dimple Duangthip Arora is the expertise in restoring the sensitive health of postpartum women to balance, vitality and shape, using holistic diet, nutrition and bodyworks (include massage, cloth wrap, herbal steam, scrub, gentle yoga and breathing). She is also specialize in bodyworks for infants and children which include body oil massage, dough-ball massage, herbal compress, basic yoga (postures and sun salutation), breathing and meditation exercises (for older children). Her expertise in Thai and Indian herbs and cuisine, as well as in Ayurvedic cooking and holistic dietary guidelines, are some of her strengths in restoring health naturally with good nutritious food suitable to the local climate.
